Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: August 2026 | Effective date: August 2026
AIGCVA (the "Platform", "we", "our", or "us") provides AI content generation services, including text-to-image, image-to-image, image editing, text-to-video, image-to-video, and related features. This Acceptable Use Policy (this "Policy") sets out our content standards, moderation practices, reporting channels, and enforcement actions.
This Policy forms part of our Terms of Service. By using the Platform, you agree to comply with it.
To report violating content, go directly to Section 5, Reporting Channels.
1. Scope
This Policy applies to all of the following content handled through the Platform:
- User input (prompts): the text prompts, parameters, and instructions you submit.
- Uploaded materials: images, videos, and other reference files you upload.
- Images: AI-generated or AI-edited images and illustrations.
- Videos: AI-generated videos, including text-to-video and image-to-video outputs.
- Shared content: any content you generate and then share or make publicly accessible.
2. Content Standards and Prohibited Categories
The Platform prohibits using the Services to generate, upload, or distribute the following six categories of content:
- Pornographic / NSFW content
- Violent / gory content
- Hate speech
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
- Deepfakes / impersonation of real people
- Content infringing copyright or trademarks
The sections below break these categories down further.
2.1 Absolutely Prohibited — Zero Tolerance
The following is actioned immediately upon discovery, and we reserve the right to report it to the competent authorities where permitted or required by law:
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any sexual content involving minors.
- Non-consensual intimate or sexualised synthetic imagery of real individuals (NCII).
- Content promoting, facilitating, or glorifying terrorism, violent extremism, or mass violence.
- Technical instructions for manufacturing weapons of mass destruction, explosives, or other lethal weapons.
- Content inciting genocide, ethnic hatred, or violence against a protected group.
2.2 Restricted Content — Legitimate Context Required
The following is permitted only where there is a clear creative, journalistic, educational, or research context and the use complies with applicable law:
- Violent scenes: must serve a narrative, cinematic, or educational purpose, and must not glorify real-world harm.
- Political and social topics: must not fabricate imagery of events in a way likely to mislead the public.
- Medical, legal, and financial subjects: must not be presented as professional advice and must comply with local regulatory requirements.
- Real people's likenesses: only where authorised, or where covered by legally recognised commentary, satire, or news reporting.
2.3 Generally Prohibited Conduct
- Generating or distributing disinformation, including fabricated news, forged documents, and synthetic evidence.
- Impersonating a real person, brand, or institution, or misrepresenting an affiliation.
- Infringing another party's intellectual property, likeness, name, or privacy rights.
- Passing AI-generated content off as human-made, or concealing its AI origin where disclosure is required.
- Mass-producing spam, fraudulent material, or content intended to manipulate public opinion.
- Using jailbreak prompts or other means to circumvent safety mechanisms.
- Producing counterfeit currency, identity documents, official papers, or other forged credentials.
3. Content Moderation
The Platform combines automated screening with human review driven by reports.
3.1 Automated Screening (Real Time)
- Input screening: prompts and uploaded materials are screened for keywords, semantics, and intent; requests matching prohibited categories are refused.
- Model-side safety guardrails: the third-party models integrated by the Platform (OpenAI, Google, ByteDance / Volcano Engine, and others) each apply their own content safety systems, which block violating requests at generation time.
- Output handling: results refused or flagged by a model's safety system are not delivered and are treated as refusals.
- Anomaly monitoring: we monitor abnormal usage patterns such as high-frequency calls and systematic probing attempts.
These measures cannot be expected to intercept every violation. Automated screening has limits, and we rely on user reports to catch what it misses. Do not test or attempt to circumvent safety mechanisms.
3.2 Human Review
- Reported content is reviewed by our content safety lead.
- Content flagged by automated screening enters a human review queue.
- Reports involving child safety, terrorism, and similar serious illegality are prioritised.
- User content accessed during review is subject to confidentiality obligations and used solely for safety review purposes.
3.3 Content Severity Levels
| Level | Description | Review | Typical Action |
|---|---|---|---|
| L1 Critical | CSAM, NCII, terrorism, weapons of mass destruction | Automated block + human confirmation | Immediate ban; reported to authorities as required by law |
| L2 High | Other serious violations, such as deepfakes or distribution of pornographic content | Automated flag + priority review | Content removal + account suspension |
| L3 Medium | General violations | Human review | Warning + content removal |
| L4 Low | Minor or borderline cases | Report-triggered | Warning + request to revise |
4. Reporting Principles
4.1 When to Report
- Content or conduct that violates the content standards in this Policy.
- Serious violations involving child safety, terrorism, or similar illegality.
- Content generated using your likeness, voice, or identity without your authorisation.
- Generated content that infringes your copyright, trademark, or other legal rights.
- Attempts to circumvent the Platform's safety mechanisms.
4.2 How We Handle Reports
- Confidentiality: we keep the reporter's identity confidential to the extent permitted by law.
- Impartiality: every report is reviewed independently and objectively, regardless of who the subject is.
- Abuse prevention: malicious or knowingly false reports are recorded and may result in action against the reporting account.
5. Reporting Channels
If you encounter content or conduct that violates this Policy, please report it through the following channel:
- Reporting email: aspxemail@gmail.com
- Email subject: please include "Content Report" so we can identify and prioritise it
- Urgent cases: for child safety concerns or imminent real-world harm, also include "URGENT" in the subject line
To help us investigate quickly, please include as much of the following as you can:
- The link, task ID, or share URL of the content;
- The type of violation (referencing the categories in Section 2);
- A specific description of the problem;
- Screenshots or other evidence, if available;
- Your contact email, so we can report back on the outcome.
If you are reporting content that infringes your own rights — for example unauthorised use of your likeness, or infringement of your copyright — please also explain the basis of your rights so we can verify the claim faster.
6. Response and Resolution Targets
We aim to respond according to the severity of the report:
| Severity | Initial Response | Resolution Target |
|---|---|---|
| L1 Critical | Within 24 hours | Actioned immediately upon verification |
| L2 High | Within 2 business days | Within 5 business days |
| L3 Medium | Within 3 business days | Within 7 business days |
| L4 Low | Within 5 business days | Within 15 business days |
Process: report received → initial severity triage (L1–L4) → content review (automated + human) → enforcement decision → action taken → outcome communicated to the reporter.
Where a case is complex and needs longer, we will notify the reporter and explain why. These targets reflect our best efforts and are not a guarantee of any particular outcome.
7. Enforcement Actions
Depending on the severity, reach, and the account's history, we may take one or more of the following actions:
| Action | What It Means | When It Applies |
|---|---|---|
| 1. Refuse generation | Block and refuse the violating request | Automated screening matches a prohibited category |
| 2. Content warning | Written warning requiring deletion or revision | First minor violation (L4) |
| 3. Content removal | Delete the violating content and disable its share links | Confirmed L3–L4 violations |
| 4. Feature restriction | Reduce quotas or restrict model access | Repeated minor violations, or a single L3 |
| 5. Account suspension | Temporarily suspend the account pending review | L2 or cumulative violations |
| 6. Permanent ban | Permanently terminate the account and access | L1, or repeated L2 violations |
| 7. Refund refusal | Refuse refunds for violating usage, where permitted by law | See the refund terms in our Terms of Service |
| 8. Legal referral | Report to law enforcement and cooperate with investigations | L1 cases involving suspected criminal conduct |
For serious violations we may skip the warning stage and move directly to suspension or a ban.
8. Appeals
If you believe an action taken against you was mistaken, you may appeal within 30 days of receiving the enforcement notice:
- Appeal channel: aspxemail@gmail.com
- Email subject: please include "Moderation Appeal"
- What to include: the content or account affected, why you believe the action was incorrect, and any supporting evidence
- Turnaround: we aim to complete the review and respond within 10 business days
- How it is reviewed: by a person who was not involved in the original enforcement decision
If the review finds the original action was incorrect, we will restore the affected content or account access.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy to reflect changes in law, model capabilities, or newly emerging patterns of abuse. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Where permitted by applicable law, your continued use of the Platform after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
